Return & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
Product received damaged
Wrong product delivered
Manufacturing defect
Return Request Timeline
Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.
Non-Returnable Products
Returns will not be accepted for:
Used products
Customized items
Discounted / promotional sale items
Products damaged due to misuse
Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged based on stock availability.
Refund Policy
If exchange is not possible, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection. Please note that 50% of the product amount will be deducted as handling, processing, and restocking charges.
Shipping Charges
Return shipping may be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side.
